Your current staff keeps running. We shadow every call and claim alongside for 30 days. At day 30, you have two sets of numbers. If ours beat yours → convert and the pilot fee credits against month 1. If not → you simply stop. No contract, no auto-renewal, no exit fee. Do I have to fire my front desk?+

No. Most practices redeploy staff to higher-value work — case closing, new-patient experience, hospitality. Your decision. We can also back-fill part-time if you want to keep one seat and have us cover the rest.

What if the pilot doesn't hit?+

You walk away. No exit fee. The pilot fee (disclosed on the discovery call) credits back against your first month if the 30-day numbers hit. If they don't, the fee is yours for trying us. Your practical risk: one pilot fee for a rigorous 30-day measurement of your current operation vs ours, even if you never convert.

What about HIPAA?+

BAA signed before pilot day 1. All calls + data encrypted in transit + at rest. Every team member completes HIPAA training + background check. We're SOC 2 Type 1 in progress (target Q3 2026).
